Real Estate Young Professionals Groups - NYC

Any suggestions on solid ones to join in NYC? I know ULI, REPNY have YPG's, and possibly NAIOP as well. Any others out there?

Would love to hear about anyone's experience in these groups - specifically what sort of professional mix in each group (i.e. buy-side, project managers, brokers, etc..), and the ultimate value-add of joining these groups (above average networking opportunity?)

Real estate young professional is a nice idea. we are a real estate agent at Sydney running for more than 30 years. Real Estate is not a single topic to learn fast , only through vast experience we become professional.

ULI is the main one I'd recommend unless you're a broker. Then you should be in 4-5.

I don't know if you saw it, but there is a real estate group that does a happy hour of strictly real estate people. That would be a good place to start for sure.

I'm in a very similar position as you. I'm down for some drinks or coffee.

There's a happy hour as Skinnayyy mentioned too, but couldn't make it last time. Looking forward to the next one.

I don't know NYC Estate agencies but I know a very famous Cornville AZ Real Estate Agency, may be they can help you getting a house in NYC.
