Recruiters / other best ways to find remote RE jobs?
Any advice on how to find a remote job in CRE? background includes REPE and IS work, ideally looking for something that is 100% remote or mostly hybrid (like 1 day week in office....). Anybody had any luck tracking down these roles outside of general searches on linkedin/indeed/selectleaders? are there good recruiters that work in this space?
Honestly at this point I'd even be willing to transition from traditional CRE to a proptech co that does something CRE-adjacent (ie juniper square or rediq) to get something fully remote. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Servicers I know and work with are remote. Berkadia, Situs, Trimont. They handle primary and special servicing, asset management, valuations, and underwriting among other things. Take your pick.
On the direct side, debt or equity, I don't know of any that are 100% remote.
