Anyone have insight on this shop in LA? PE group that has an operating asset investment business for West Coast markets in addition to land development across the US.
Heard of them, some of those guys are active in ULI out here
Thanks. They seem like a group of smart guys, well capitalized and actively raising money, working on opportunistic deals across the western US. But they generally fly under the radar and was curious if anyone here worked on a deal with them or knew anything about their local reputation.
As someone I know who once worked there put it, "if you ain't a Jew, they won't hire you" :)
