M&I 400 Question Guide for general IB or really any other prep you would use for any other IB group. Understand RE-specific Metrics like FFO and AFFO, I believe it is listed in the M&I 400 Question Guide. Good luck!

Here to share that the Breaking Into Wall Street Investment Banking Interview Guide’s chapter named “Real Estate & REIT Questions & Answers” has been extremely helpful.
From basic multiples/metrics to advanced modeling it has them all. Good luck everyone on RE recruiting.
