REIT Acquisitions Analyst Interview
I have an extensive interview coming up in a week for a REIT acquisitions analyst position with a group specializing in medical office space.
I doubt they're going to put a computer in front of me and tell me to model a pro forma but I was wondering where I should focus studying for technicals beyond the very basics and doing background research on the firm.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
don't count on them not putting a computer in front of you. maybe they wont ask you to build out a whole model but they may ask you to do some basic stuff with cash flows
Sounds like this is Welltower
I would be prepared for them to put a computer in front of you and tell you to model a pro forma.
