REIT Case study
This week I have case study for a role at a REIT that specializes in Sale-Leaseback. I have been given basic information on the type of real estate asset with a single tenant (retailer) . I have information regarding lease length, annual rent, size, and location. Other key questions ? What consideration/ info are needed from the seller for the Underwriting? Other key qu For the pricing of the asset, what rationale and methodology should I consider?
