As for sell side REIT equity research, what firms are considered to be the best/highly regarded?

Also, I've seen previous posts on this but would like to hear various opinions - how difficult would it be to make a jump to the buy side? REPE or public markets?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
