Does anyone have any recommended courses for REIT LBO or REIT valuation modeling (not property level)? Additionally, what are some ways I can comprehensively brush up on my REIT knowledge?

As dry as it sounds, read a 10Q/10K for a public reit and if you don’t understand a line item, Google it. You should do this before modeling anything.
