REIT Modeling - Reccomended Courses?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have any recommended courses for REIT LBO or REIT valuation modeling (not property level)? Additionally, what are some ways I can comprehensively brush up on my REIT knowledge?

“Nick was fantastic. He didn’t just glance at my resume and give me generic advice—he explained exactly why it wasn’t telling the story I wanted it to tell, then helped me figure out how to fix it. He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. Most Helpful

As dry as it sounds, read a 10Q/10K for a public reit and if you don’t understand a line item, Google it. You should do this before modeling anything.
