Hi all - long time lurker, first time poster here.
I've successfully gone through two interview rounds with a local REPE firm and I'm now gearing up for the 4-5 hour take-home case study exam they give to candidates at this stage. I'm assuming the prompt will include some form of a hypothetical commercial development investment that I will need to model out the property-level returns and partnership-level returns, but I haven't been able to find very many modeling exam examples online to practice with. I wanted to check in with the community and see if anyone could point me to some useful material?
