Question for those who work/ed in capital markets (dept placement or investment sales), preferably in the NYC market: are essentially all of your clients REPE shops, big and small? Obviously if you're on the debt side, you may work with developers for construction loans. But besides that, are there any other types of clients/structures that you work with regularly, i.e. REITs?
