I transitioned to London from NYC a 1.5 yrs ago. Currently recently promoted associate (3.0 yrs of experience) with base of £95K + 60% bonus + fund level carry (for 2021). Think that's market (perhaps bonus can be higher but with no carry).
Did you make the move as an internal transfer?
