Maybe some cities have good ones (NYC?), but I have yet to meet a useful headhunter in commercial real estate.

Best thing you can do is network. Hit every level: hiring managers, other people your age, and even HR. The big companies have internal recruiters who won’t have the stroke to get you hired, but they can absolutely get your resume into the interview pile instead of the rejection pile.

You’re at CBRE right? Who are the firms that the investment sales brokers always take deals to and speak highly of? Apply to whichever firms those are in your market.

You may even have some full lists on your network that you could study for “research.” Maybe your brokers took a deal out to 30 firms, 15 of them gave an offer, 7 of those offers were serious, and 4 went to best and final. I’d keep track of which names keep appearing on those lists.
