Analyst 1 at BX should be at 110k + ~100% bonus
Thanks a lot and for Associates I assume it is somewhere around 150k base + 100% bonus?
Sounds about right, bonuses might go above 100% after a year or two but I'm not completely sure. After two years as an analyst you'll be promoted to associate and after another 12 months, you'll become eligible for Sr. Associate; I guess that's when the bonuses start to vary a bit more
