REPE MF comp
Wondering if any of you have some insights about current REPE MF comp (BX, KKR etc.) for analyst and associate positions? Any Information appreciated about base, bonus, possibility to co-invest etc.
Analyst 1 at BX should be at 110k + ~100% bonus
Thanks a lot and for Associates I assume it is somewhere around 150k base + 100% bonus?
Sounds about right, bonuses might go above 100% after a year or two but I'm not completely sure. After two years as an analyst you'll be promoted to associate and after another 12 months, you'll become eligible for Sr. Associate; I guess that's when the bonuses start to vary a bit more
