REPE modeling for different RE asset classes
Hey all - thinking of pursuing REPE and trying to understand the differences between acquiring casinos, hotels, resorts compared to traditional office and residential buildings from a complexity / modeling perspective. Would you still be building 3 statement models for a casino given the casino part is essentially a business?
