REPE Modeling Test Library

Edit: The initial intent was to gauge interest for a library of actual modeling tests (mostly top 50 repe) that I had collected over the years in exchange for a fee (with a bulk actually coming from this year given the virtual recruitment environment). Looking back, I agree with anon poster it isn't a smart idea to share the direct prompts as this is confidential info. 

I still do think there is a lack of technical guides and modeling tests that are available (especially on the principal side) and hope to do something similar to ACRE, Break into CRE, or Joshua Kahr's case studies where they redact actual modeling tests and run through/provide answers and example model (in which they usually charge a fee - Ex. Joshua Kahr's answer key is $250 - which personally I don't think are even that good both case study and answer key wise). 

Again, it was just gauging interest, was never actively marketing it and actually was surprised with the level of interest. And to note, I've posted countless case studies on WSO and templates and have never asked for anything. If the above sounds like a good idea, would still appreciate feedback (also curious to hear if you've had a challenge finding resources like this).
