REPE or REIT Internship
Hey guys first post,
I am a sophomore at a semi target school looking to break into REPE but have also thought about IB. I currently have the opportunity to intern next summer at either a small REPE firm ~10 people in the south or with an established REIT ($5 billion in assets). I’m stuck between picking a company that has a strong name behind it which will add value to my experience or the REPE firm which will be more relevant to what I wanna do.
Any opinions?
