REPE right out of undergrad?
Is it possible to get a job in REPE right out of undergrad or do you have to investment sales at a large house before you make the transition?

Yes, very possible. Just need to network. Helps to be from a target school obviously.
Yes, very possible. Personally did it, but it requires a lot of networking, a strong real estate finance focused resume with multiple internships at usually top IS/Debt&Structured Finance shops or other REPE shops. Otherwise people have a IB background. Target school also helps a lot too
