REPE vs RE Development
Currently interning in RE Development, like it but not love it. Pay isn’t a main factor, but definitely would like to maximize what I can make. Should I try to go for FT recruitment in REPE? Or another related field? Long term id like to buy and develop my own properties, but obviously that’s easier said than done. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If you don't love your internship in development why would your long term goal then be to go develop your own?..
If that's actually your goal then you're far better off staying in development. It's a niche skill set and you need real world experience. If you just want to invest in existing product then go REPE.
How about a little more information? The only piece of actual info in here is that you want to maximize your pay... but even that it seems like you haven't thought through, because you also want to develop your own properties. Despite not liking development, apparently.
If you want to get paid a lot without risk, go work in banking.
