REPE/Developer Market Compensation (2-3 YoE)

How often do Acquisitions/AM/Developer Analyst/Associate jobs clear over 200K all-in with 2-3 years of experience?

What kind of shops will allow for this compensation while keeping your hours to a maximum of 60/week?

Generally asking about the NYC metro area given that it's one of the highest paid metros, but open to hear about other locations as well.

Asking because I may want to leave my current role which is paying me just south of 200K, and expected to reach ~210K to ~240K by Year 3 depending on promotion and don't want to take a massive pay cut.

Tangentially related question; what's a reasonable age/YoE to begin pushing for carry at a smaller shop (assuming you check the boxes on being eligible for carry in the context of the value you provide)?
