Resources to learn about Opportunity Zones
Does anyone know of good resources - white papers, youtube videos, podcasts, books/textbooks, etc. - to learn about opportunity zones?
I'm looking to learn about both 1) the legislation and incentives themselves and 2) investment strategies and how real estate investors/developers are thinking about and capitalizing on OZs.
