Salary Bump....
What are folks expecting in salary bumps this year? I just went into a grocery store and passed out at the prices. Everything is up 30-40% easily. My landlord wants to increase the rent 15%.
I think anything less than 10% will be a pay cut.
What’s typical bump juniors should receive from 1st year analyst to second year analyst ?
In a normal year, at least 10%.
If you did a kick ass job, is 25% too much to ask?
I got a $10k (11%) bump and asked for $15k (28% total) more because rents are skyrocketing. I live at one of our properties, and may not be able to reasonably afford to live here in 3 months RIP
Apologies for laughing at your expense, but this is a hilarious situation. But I’m in the same boat, if I don’t get >20% salary increase I’m leaving.
I literally priced myself out of my own apartment lol
16% bump + 3% promote. 'Twas a good year :)
Does “3 % promote” mean you get 3% of all nominal dollars that flow to the GP from the promote ?
