Just curious as to what senior positions within acquisitions pay. I am still in college but want to understand what the upside is as someone rises through the ranks. Also when do people start contributing their own equity for deals, is it at the VP level or do you have to be a MD/Principal? Really would appreciate any insight into how this works.
