Currently in buyout PE and are interested in transitioning into REPE, was wondering if anyone has a sample RE model or know where to find one? Or alternatively any books on valuations and RE terms? Many thanks (really do not want to ask my ex for his help!).
Also, curious to hear about any others who did the transition - what was it like, did you enjoy it?
