Seeking helpful advice

I’m Currently an intern at a big multifamily repe shop, working a role in acquisitions. This role has provided me a ton of reps in underwriting and research. I don’t come from a Real Estate background, but find the work I’m doing really interesting and would love to continue to do it. Given that I graduate in the spring, I want to have something lined up for full time just in case a return isn’t provided. What I was mainly wondering is what resources are helpful for learning about the industry? What other roles would these skills be transferable to? When does the full time recruitment start? What firms should I be targeting? I just want to keep my options broad and not limit myself, especially would be open to exploring asset classes other than Multifamily.
