Select Leaders - Job Postings

When I was right out of undergrad in 2020, Select Leaders seemed like the best resource for real estate roles. That's how I got the job i'm currently in. I've been checking the site periodically for new roles lately and it seems like there are far less postings now. Has anyone else noticed this? Can't tell if it's just a sign of the overall job market, or if fewer hiring manager's want to post there now.

Ive been applying to jobs and the hit rate on interviews seems a lot less than it was 2/3 years ago. Don't think many shops are that active. I have also seen some shops interviewing and reposting the same roles for 6 months with no movement when there is an abundance of qualified candidates. Basically I think companies/hiring has been at a standstill. Not many investing seats available rn and not many people leaving the good ones.

I'm expecting a lot of people are leaving/have left real estate and will be pivoting to other roles in the coming years.

Edit: Would also mention I got both my jobs in real estate through selectleaders postings and am not too hopeful of the next one coming the same way.

Only been on recently (the past 12 months) and it definitely seems as if the quality and quantity aren't as many as what I would expect
