Senior Housing Conference - Chicago Oct. 2023

Who is going to this. My firm is sending me up there to get smart on what the next 18-24 months look like. We are contemplating raising money to deploy in the potential distress we will see there. Interested to hear thoughts setup conversations, etc. Thanks!

Hey there! It sounds like you're gearing up for an exciting trip to the Senior Housing Conference in Chicago. Unfortunately, based on the most helpful WSO content, I don't have specific information about who else might be attending this conference.

However, I can tell you that these types of events are usually packed with industry professionals, so it's a great opportunity to network and gain insights. As for the future of Senior Housing, there's a lot of discussion on WSO about this topic. It's a complex field with many factors at play, so it's great that you're taking the initiative to learn more.

Remember, when it comes to raising funds for potential distress opportunities, it's all about doing your homework and understanding the risks involved. And hey, don't forget to pack some bananas for the trip - us monkeys need our energy!
