Senior Housing > Other RE Asset Classes

I am currently looking for new Analyst/Associate positions in NYC. Have not had much luck applying directly to positions online. I wanted to work with recruiters but was unsure which to approach. My background has been solely in the healthcare space (Senior Housing and Skilled Nursing), currently doing acquisitions but have done capital markets in previous roles. I am open to both acquisitions and credit (debt/equity fund) type roles. The biggest hurdle I foresee is my niche focus in healthcare vs other asset classes. My ideal approach would be a shop that has exposure to this asset class so I can provide real value in that sector.
