Sensitivity Table Issues
Trying to figure out how to set up data tables ahead of an upcoming interview I have. I've attached the file to see if anyone here has any ideas. I've already made sure my inputs are on the same worksheet as the data table and ensured that calculations are set to manual for data tables, but still the correct value is in the bottom right of the data table as opposed to the middle. I think the issue might be with the fact that there are circular references taking place, but how else would you create a data table that compares Purchase Price & Exit Cap with LIRR?

Hard code your table row and column values (i.e. $2.5M and 4.50% cap rate). Your sources and uses are also incomplete.
