Serious Question: RE Finance podcasts/videos?

I’m looking for any podcasts that touch on RE finance that I can listen to at work to learn. Super interested in any that people know of. Every time I search for one I get the guru type videos. I’m looking for more of a Joshua Khar or A.CRE type podcast that’s more finance related or at least can be useful in my job. Please let me know if any ideas - would great appreciate it

Based on the most helpful WSO content, here are some recommendations for real estate finance podcasts and videos that could be useful for your job:

  1. Behind the Bricks - Offers insights into the realities of the real estate industry with interesting guests.
  2. Leading Voices in Real Estate - Features in-depth discussions with key players in the industry, including their history and career paths.
  3. Fifth Wall's Podcast - Includes interviews with portfolio companies and LPs, providing a unique perspective on real estate finance.
  4. Bigger Pockets Podcast - While it requires some digging to find high-quality content, it can be a good resource for side hustles and general real estate knowledge.
  5. Investor Archive (YouTube) - A treasure trove of interviews with industry legends like Jon Gray, Sam Zell, Barry Sternlicht, and others. It also includes content on broader finance topics with figures like Howard Marks and Ray Dalio.

These resources should provide a mix of practical insights and industry knowledge without the "guru" fluff you're trying to avoid.
