I've received two offers, one from a SWF and one from a private RE fund. Both are large institutions and are offering competitive pay and benefits. I've heard some negatives about moving to an LP (the SWF in this case) in early/mid career as it limits accumulation of actual skills, but I sense that this may be more relevant for people doing the deals, while I'm looking at research roles.
