Current Firm - Title: Senior Analyst - Firm Profile: $1-5B AUM - Salary: $100k - Bonus 30% - Function: Asset Management / Acquisitions Growth Prospects: minimal as the firm has become quite top-heavy
Competing Offer - Title: Investment Associate - Firm Profile: multi-family / townhome developer construct around 500 units per year - Salary: $125k - Bonus: 15% - Function: Investment/ Development/ underwriting - Growth Prospects: high as I would be working with CFO and partners.
