Anyone have an educated guess as to how many broker/investor/lendor shops exist in the US that would need the kind of real estate intelligence these folks provide?
I'm from outside the real estate industry so hoping that you "locals" have a better finger on the size of the industry - thanks!

I dont know the total size of the market- as you imagine it could possibly be every lender, developer and broker in the country. But I know Reiss alone has 900 clients. Keep in mind one client could include one bank like HSBC and the bank could have 30 people having their own individual accounts with Reiss. So, long story short, the market is massive.
Would assume CoStar would have this info in their 10K...
