Small Multi-Family Sponsor Pay?
What’s the pay structure look like at a small multi-family sponsor? (Sub 10,000 units)
Specifically at Associate & Director level?
I know this can vary widely so I welcome all input, please.

The variables are infinite. But 150-200k all-in sounds right
150 for associate & 200 for director?
Or 150-200 for director?
Don’t let the low cash comp scare you
I’d expect some equity kicker that works out great if you’re good at jiggling balls for 10 years with no complaints.
10 years seems like a while. Is there a way to speed this up? Like if I was able to raise equity?
It really depends on where you are on the scale and how much leverage you have when negotiating salary, and obviously where you are. But in NYC... 150-250k base, maybe a 20% bonus? And the expectation of some carry at some point?
What level is this at? Director or Associate?
Wdym where I am on the scale?
Thank you for your comments! Appreciate it!
