Small to Medium Size Developers in LA?
I am looking to make a move to the West Coast specifically LA and wanted to see if you guys know of any small or niche development firms. I have 1 year of development and acquisitions analyst experience at a small shop where I am the only analyst. I also have 1 year of investment sales experience at a mid market firm where I closed 10MM of office transactions OOG essentially by myself. My skillset is creative and technical but not too deep in either, so I am looking to move to a relatively small and entrepreneurial shop in LA where the upside is high but may pay lower than the bigger shops salary wise. Any suggestions?
