SMU Cox or Rice MBA for REPE

Hello fellow WSOs, I’m planing to attend either SMU Cox professional Mba program in real estate as I still need to work and pay for tuition fees or Rice online MBA no real estate focus as the online program doesn’t provide it. With Rice I’ll have a few networking events at school with class but with SMU, I’ll be doing evening classes and I live in Dallas area so networking will be easier. Any thoughts which program is better for REPE? Or any advice from the alumni side?
