Has anyone had any experience in selling or buying special event centers and methodology to value them? Think like showrooms, convention centers, etc.? If there are any sample OM's/materials anyone can share that would be much appreciated as well. Location agnostic at this point. Trying to wrap my head around the opportunity itself.

Thanks, saw that one... there were a few from the google search I did as well, but hoping for some with a little more 'substance'.
I know that BX has bought a number of large showroom portfolios over the last 18 months or so... Googled around a (very) little bit and unfortunately wasn't able to come up with any economics related to those deals.
We had a fully designed conference center/hotel complex in a gateway market that we had to scrape the plans for and start over because HFF couldn’t get any lenders to wrap their heads around the economics of the conference center. 0/10 would run not walk away
