What is RE special situations and why do you want to do it?
This is the right question to your question. There’s very few of these and really no reason for them to exist, go back to the IB forum and stick to your finance buzzwords over there.
Lol, exactly why I asked. It’s just a buzzword that any opportunistic fund could use. Special sits RE funds are no different than any opportunistic REPE fund that has a broad mandate
