I’m sure they pay decently well but I was wondering if anyone had heard even a ballpark of what comp looks like starting out.

i know starwood capital group (the main PE arm) starts out at ~200k all in for an1. i’m guessing property trust will be a little lesser than that. not sure though, just speculating
Depends on the position:
SPT is based in Miami Beach so people in the office have lower comp typically than the NY office.
SPT unlike SCG has a rotational analyst program which pays like $85K based (might be outdated number but that was a few years ago).
From people I know Miami Beach comp
Senior analyst: $100-115k
Associate 125-135k
Senior associate: 150-165k
Above that level it definitely begins to vary a lot depending on department and tenure.
if those #s are base only , how much is bonus?
