State of RE Fundraising - Equity
Given trouble in capital markets and job markets may be interesting and helpful if we could collectively make a running list of:
- successfully raised equity funds, whether new firms or existing which have met or exceeded targets
- funds struggling to hit targets or seeing prolonged fundraising periods
- complete fundraising busts
May be helpful looking forward as folks are looking to move firms to understand risks or successes associated.
