Stockdale Capital Partners Information

Have a first round with Stockdale Capital Partners and looking to gain info on culture & comp. Seems they’re an owner/operator focused on value/opportunistic investments in hospitality, office, retail assets throughout the SW & California. Fund I closed with > $500MM in commitments in March 2020 and they’ve closed a number of transactions (acq & dispo) to notable institutions like Harrison Street, etc. Interviewing for an Associate, Acquisitions role and hoping to learn more aside from what’s available on Google. Thanks!

Had a friend that worked there. Not sure of their 'fund' structure, but my understanding is it's really more of a family office. That's fine, but only a couple people get paid at a family office - the owners and maybe one or two trusted/critical people. But aside from that they work on cool stuff, they seem to know what they're doing and they are fairly respected within the industry.

Great perks if you like travelling to arizona! They own like all of old town including investments in the actual operating businesses (i.e. bars and clubs).
