I saw some postings on Handshake for their 2024 summer program. I was wondering if anyone could provide more info on them. Ik they’re pretty strong in Texas but if anyone has info on the newer offices that would be great.

I'm not sure about their non-TX offices, but it's a solid place to start if you're in one of their TX offices. You will be very well connected in the Texas RE world if you spend your first years there
They opened their Chicago branch in the last 5-7 years (I believe?) and have seen some growth since then. Know a few guys that work there who love the culture and believe they are in a good place long-term. Only 2 cents I can offer hope that helps.
In Texas they're great. I've worked with their team in Nashville and they have some heavy hitters there as well.
The Denver team is pretty strong as well. Seems to be a very entrepreneurial shop.

What about their Miami office?
They have a relatively strong office in Atlanta. Atlanta Stream folks are notorious for leaving and starting their own things (most successful) which to me points to Stream training/teaching them well.
Leasing? If so they are very legit. Have been really strategic about poaching handful of senior guys in each market from the big brokerages and seem to be solid everywhere. Not sure about their other service lines but seem to be popping up everywhere for leasing
Have seen this as well. Very talented and smart group of guys and gals. I have even seen a few dev deals with them as the GP. Have been impressed, to say the least.
