Student from UCSB!

Good Day Everyone!

Brand new to this forum, I was recommended by a friend in the Finance Real Estate Business. I am studying Economics and Accounting at UCSB. Pretty much I do not want to be an Accountant.

However, buying and selling commercial real estate sounds amazing. I have a great background in sales and hospitality management. With my field of study I am very familiar with cash flows, future values, annuities etc.

I love people, ABSOLUTELY LOVE making connections and friends. I would say my strongets traits are: 1. My ability to be genuinely interested in all forms of life and being great with people of all backgrounds. 2. My intesense passion for any task I am assigned. What I mean by this, when I am given any sort of job, or task to do by my employers, professors, friends, and etc, I commit all of my energy, creativity, and positive energy to do what ever this may be. 3. My drive to always be better than myself. Whenever I work for a company, and I feel as though I have plateued or have covered the basic needs. I always go to my supervisor, boss, or the appropriate manager to ask them "What I can do?", and "What is it that you consider a great employee?". 4. Lastly, my sales skills.

With that given information, what part of the industry would some of you recommend I enter? I love to be apart of planning, I love sales, I love people, and I am huge on learning.

With many thanks,

Jordan
