Summer Associate Internships - CRE
I am currently a Georgetown's Masters in Real Estate candidate looking for Summer Associate positions. I have some good leads, but have found that a lot of firms don't have a formal internship process which has been surprising. Does Anyone have any suggestions, or advice to offer?

Brokerage, REPE, REITS, Development?
Looking into REPE, Development Firms and REITs. Not really interested in Brokerage. I have had some good leads, but still find it odd the number of companies that do not have a formal program.
Do you care about which market?
Would prefer major metropolitan city preferably on the east coast. That said, for the right firm, I would consider just about any city..
