Switch from RE brokerage to RE investment banking

Hi monkeys,

I'm currently in an accelerated program getting my BA and MA at an ivy. The BA is in urban studies with a minor in Econ. The MA is in real estate development. Top RE firms (Cushman/CBRE/JLL/HFF) have recruited me for two internship roles. Last summer I did investment sales and this upcoming summer I'll do investment advisory and debt placement/structured finance - while recruiting I was told my background was ~diverse~ and interesting. I'm also a female so maybe that helped a bit in terms of recruiting.

Question is do you think my academic background and internship experiences would be enough to transition to RE IB at a BB following graduation? I'll have one more year of school after this upcoming summer.

I'm kind of concerned about my grades. I have a 3.3 undergrad and a 3.3 in the grad program.
