Has anyone out there used Technosun to build a pro forma and evaluate development deals and acquisition opportunities? We've had a couple of calls with them and I tend to be skeptical of software that claims to be able to simplify a process that really isn't very simple and is different for every deal. Does anyone know who their competitors are?
