Career Resources
They have an analyst program which is ~1 year (at least it used to be, it’s been a while since I’ve talked to people who went through it). Idea is to do the program than they help place you elsewhere. I knew a few guys who did it and ended up in good roles. If you’re good you can push to stay on and get promoted, but generally seems to have a churn of analysts that stay a year-ish with intentions to bounce. Don’t have too many specifics but seems like a solid gig for a first job out of school if looking to end up in OC/LA. Comp isn’t great at analyst level from what I recall — everyone I knew who did it used it as a springboard to another opp. The guys who run it have a good rep.
