The Real Estate Game by William J. Poorvu
I've heard the book The Real Estate Game: The Intelligent Guide To Decisionmaking And Investment by William J. Poorvu recommended a lot on this sub.
Would people here generally agree that it's a great way for a beginner to see the breadth of the real estate business?
Also, does anybody know where I can buy/download a digital/pdf/epub copy of this book? I can only find a physical copy and I need a digital copy.
I enjoyed it. Definitely worth reading if you’re a beginner, I’d also read Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur. Somewhat similar to Poorvu’s book but has some good stories and still a fun read.
As for finding the book, I bought the physical copy. Maybe take a look on libgen for a pdf or ePub? Not sure if they’re going to have it.
Good suggestion on Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur. The Real Estate Game is pretty good as well. You probably won't be able to find a digital copy, at least I wasn't able to find a digital copy when I was looking a year or two ago. I bought a physical copy. I was actually reading a bit of it earlier tonight when I was bored.
Great book, waiting for the inevitable Linneman recommendation but that book looks INSANELY boring to me, wow
Linneman is boring? Kinda expected with it being a textbook at the end of the day.
Boring, but a short read for a textbook. Well worth the read if you have the time.
