Thoughts on Exeter Property Group?
Anyone have any thoughts on this firm? I know they are a top 35 REPE firm that invests primarily in industrial, but have been diversifying their portfolio in recent years. I think they seem pretty impressive considering the company is just 15 years old, but would like to get other perspectives and insight.
