Thoughts on Fannie Mae Capital Markets

Student at a semi-target recently received an offer for Fannie Mae Capital Markets. I’m from the DC area so geographically it makes sense, and the role itself sounds interesting with solid pay and hours. That said, I don’t know many people who have worked there, so I’m a bit unsure what the long term career path looks like coming from a place like Fannie.

How strong are the exit opportunities from Fannie Mae capital markets and where do people usually end up after a few years?
