Thoughts on Prologis?
Saw a posting for a role in New York at Prologis. Any thoughts on culture, hours, learning opportunities etc? Seems like it’s a great opportunity if you’re interested in industrial.

REITs generally arent the best payers but its Prologis which is a good brand for the resume and you know you'll be busy.
The capital deployment team works pretty hard and on weekends often when they are buying deals. Last time I talked to someone, it sounded like it was a grind there. You will learn a ton about industrial if that's what you want to do and the name holds weight in the industry obviously so exit opps to other industrial related jobs should be pretty good. Like SHB said, pay for analyst is probably ok, but not anything like an REPE shop.
